Submitting a Notification of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that material available on our Services infringes your copyrights, you may submit a written copyright infringement notification ("Notification") by providing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by your Notification, you may provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of infringing material: Information sufficient to identify the allegedly infringing material, including the URL(s) or specific location(s) on our Website.
  3. Your contact information: A valid email address, telephone number, and physical address where we can reach you.

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid Notification, we will:

  • Review the submission for completeness and accuracy.

We reserve the right to take no action if your Notification does not meet all DMCA requirements. Filing a Notification begins a pre-defined legal process under the DMCA.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material and its location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or restricted in error.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, and telephone number).
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
