Hi, and welcome to fatherpreneurs.com!
My journey into the self-help industry began back in 2008, when I was in my twenties.
At the time, I wasn’t yet a father, husband, or entrepreneur—I was simply searching for a way to heal from the issues and trauma of my past. I tried everything I could get my eyes on that promised to help me to become the best version of myself:

I even became certified as an NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Coach, diving deep into concepts that promised clarity and control over my inner experience.
While all of the above did seem to make some sort of small impact, accumulating over the years, every step did lead me to understanding what exactly I needed and didn´t need in order to create the deep rooted transformation I was seeking.
As my life evolved, so did my reasons for seeking emotional mastery. Eventually, I found myself navigating the complex roles of being a father, husband, and entrepreneur - and the emotional challenges only grew.
Despite all my efforts of creating change within myself, nothing provided the depth and lasting transformation I was seeking.
I kept finding myself reacting to life—caught in cycles of stress, frustration, and disconnection.
Over time, I realized something crucial: self-help alone wasn’t enough.
There were things within me that I simply couldn’t resolve on my own.
It took me a long time to accept this truth.
For years, I struggled with the idea of seeking outside guidance, convinced that if I just tried harder, I could fix it myself. But looking back, I see that accepting this truth was a turning point on my journey. When I stumbled across Internal Family Systems (IFS), I finally opened myself to a new approach to solving my problem.
I decided to learn, apply and build on the IFS approach and to integrate that into my life.
I hired a certified IFS therapist to guide and teach me.
I studied and practiced.
I failed and stumbled.
I got professional help.
I studied, practiced and optimized some more.
Repeated the process, until I finally got the hang of it.
What I found through IFS was more than just another method—it was a way to finally (systematically) tap into and live from my core, to stop reacting to life and start leading it from a place of true inner clarity and understanding.
Now, I am sharing it with you, from experience - helping you achieve and experience the same - the gift of living self-led. I’m on a mission to bring this transformational approach to other fatherpreneurs, guiding them toward emotional mastery through our approach: Emotional Mastery using IFS.
If you've been on the self-help path for a year or more and still feel like you're spinning in circles, don’t make the same mistake I did.
Don’t waste any more time (years) trying to resolve it all on your own.
Seek guidance from someone who understands the journey you´re on and that can help you on your path toward living leading from within yourself, feeling truly connected and rooted within your Self.
